Jane Ann's Bothy and Teacher's Bothy, Isle of Gometra
Jane Anne's Bothy is let at £25 a night. It sleeps 2 and has an outside toilet. Teacher's Bothy is let at £30 a night. It also sleeps 2. Both have a very basic standard of decoration and are unmodernised, aimed at kayakers and hill-walkers not public transport or car based visitors. 7-8 mile walk in from Ulva Ferry. Hot water is from solid fuel stove for which Rhoda Munro can sell coal but this must be arranged in advance; please email spicypa@yahoo.co.uk.
